Ingredients
- 1 cup warm water
- Juice of ½ fresh lemon
- 1 teaspoon freshly grated ginger

Instructions
- Warm the water until it is comfortably hot but not boiling.

- Stir in the ground cinnamon until well combined.
- Add the fresh lemon juice and mix gently.
- If using, stir in the raw honey until dissolved.
