Ingredients:
🍗 Ground Chicken:
- 500g ground chicken
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 small onion (finely chopped)
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp cumin
- ½ tsp chili flakes (adjust heat)
- 1 tsp oregano
- Salt & black pepper (to taste)
- Juice of ½ lemon
Bowl / Wrap Base:
- 2 cups cooked rice OR quinoa
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1 cucumber (chopped)
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes (halved)
- ½ red onion (sliced)
- Warm pita bread or wraps
Creamy Hot Honey Feta Sauce:
- ½ cup crumbled feta cheese
- ¼ cup Greek yogurt
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp honey 🍯
- ½–1 tsp chili flakes (for heat 🔥)
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1–2 tbsp water (to thin)
Instructions:
1️⃣ Cook the Chicken:
- Heat olive oil in a pan
- Add onion + garlic → sauté until soft
- Add ground chicken and cook until browned
- Add spices (paprika, cumin, oregano, chili flakes, salt, pepper)
- Cook 5–7 minutes until fully done
- Finish with lemon juice for freshness
Make Hot Honey Feta Sauce:
- In a bowl, mash feta + Greek yogurt
- Add olive oil, honey, chili flakes, lemon juice
- Mix until creamy
- Add a little water for smooth drizzle consistency
Assemble the Bowl:
- Add rice/quinoa as base

- Add lettuce, cucumber, tomatoes, onion
