 Ingredients:

  • ½ tsp chili flakes (adjust heat)
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • Salt & black pepper (to taste)
  • Juice of ½ lemon

 Bowl / Wrap Base:

  • 2 cups cooked rice OR quinoa
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1 cucumber (chopped)
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes (halved)
  • ½ red onion (sliced)
  • Warm pita bread or wraps

 Creamy Hot Honey Feta Sauce:

  • ½ cup crumbled feta cheese
  • ¼ cup Greek yogurt
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp honey 🍯
  • ½–1 tsp chili flakes (for heat 🔥)
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1–2 tbsp water (to thin)

 Instructions:

1️⃣ Cook the Chicken:

  • Heat olive oil in a pan
  • Add onion + garlic → sauté until soft
  • Add ground chicken and cook until browned
